Military Records Requests

Michigan Veteran Affairs Agency Records Request
Veterans, Retirees, and select Family Members can use the Michigan Veteran Affairs Agency (MVAA) Online Records Request Form to access military records stored by the State of Michigan. This form is available to current or former members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force (including the Reserves and National Guard). 

National Archives
Veterans, Retirees, and select Family Members can also use the National Archives Online Records Request Form to access military records stored by the National Archives. This form is available to current or former members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Space Force (including the Reserves and National Guard).
