Army Maj. Robert E. Toevs, is a physician’s assistant with the Michigan Army National Guard Medical Detachment located on Eight Mile Rd. in Detroit. When he’s not serving in uniform, Toevs works in the urology and surgery departments at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw.
