Christian Grow, a combat medic assigned with the Michigan National Guard’s (MING) Task Force Red Lion COVID-19 Vaccination Testing Team, administers the vaccine to an Oakland County resident at a clinic at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan, March 20, 2021. During the clinic, Grow helped to save a nurse’s life when rushed over to give her the Heimlich maneuver when she started choking on her food.
