Chief Warrant Officer 5 Allen Robinson is the 4th Command Chief Warrant Officer for the Michigan National Guard. He serves as the principal advisor to The Adjutant General in matters to address warrant officer management, development, and to improve the strength management of the warrant officer cohort. CW5 Robinson enlisted in the U.S. Army on August 5, 1988 and served as a wheeled vehicle repairer, materiel control and accounting specialist, administrative specialist, personnel records specialist and aircraft mechanic until his acceptance into the warrant officer flight program in 1997. Upon earning his wings, he was assigned as an AH-1 Cobra pilot, OH-58 Kiowa pilot, UH-1 Huey pilot, UH-60 Blackhawk pilot, and C-12 Huron pilot with the Michigan Army National Guard. His qualifications include instructor pilot, maintenance test pilot, aviation safety officer, government flight representative, and contracting officer’s representative.
