U.S. Army Col. Gunnar Kiersey, senior adviser to the office of the Army Surgeon General, U.S. Army Medical Command, Arlington, Virginia, and U.S. Air Force Col. Sidney Martin are briefed by Thomas Merrill, a civilian technician for the Combat Capabilities Development Command on the Interoperable Multi-Modal Patient Movement.
