Guard Scholarships/Grants

Since its establishment in 1998, several colleges and universities have joined the Tuition Grant program. Each of the colleges and universities are offering up to 45% off of their tuition to members of the Michigan Air and Army National Guard. Listed below are the current colleges and universities participating in the Tuition Grant Program and the amount off of their tuition they are providing to Guard members. These grants, used in conjunction with other available tuition assistance programs and the GI Bill, can enable Guard members to attend selected colleges and universities at low or no cost.

Grant applications can be accessed at www.michigan.gov/dmva, Click on “+Education Assistance”, Click on “University & College Tuition Grants”, Click on individual schools to download the Grant Application Form and instructions. For Grant Program questions call 517-481-7646.
